Ranking Methodology
Ranking Methodology: The Education and Training Evaluation Commission developed a methodology for the design of ranking categories based on a conceptual framework and guiding principles for the selection of ranking indicators. This process resulted in the establishment of the ranking categories and their associated indicator matrix. The methodology was developed by the General Administration of Ranking Programs and includes the following components:
